My dogs aint smart enough to do this. If I had a smart dog than yeah, i think they could if someone would work with them, and get them trained for that.That is one way to know that a dog love there is owner, if u are having a problem or something then they can call 911 that is a good thing because they know when something is wrong. They are just like chichua's they know when u have asthma just like another dog they know when something is wrong. This is what i have to say about this.
